    I can not update my maxisys it says no network available

    I assume that there is no WiFi network available if the MS tells so.

    Sorry, but with no additional information there is no way to assist.
    Do you have a WiFi, was it configured or is the device new (to the network).
    Check Settings about WiFi, do you see your network............

    Please make sure you have good network and also you can reboot your device to have a try.
